Two performers ‘hit the nail on the head’ and exclaim basic life truths repetitively, and with ritualistic intentions. Utilizing everyday conversational language, hammers, nails, and 2x4s, Nagtegaal and Rosner mark personal transformation in relation to the collective.  Burn It Up / Burn It Down stemmed from previous collaboration ‘I Love It’ and was performed to specifically mark the closing of Tim Rosner’s woodworking shop of 30 years.
